1. On 28.2.2007, Mr. Pandya informed the Court that the sole petitioner had expired long back. He prayed for some time to make appropriate application for substitution of the legal representatives. Time of six weeks was granted to the petitioner. Today, Mr. Pandya submits that the petitioner's legal representatives have not made any application for substitution.

2. In view of the death of the petitioner and that no application for substitution of legal representatives has been made, this petition at the instance of a dead man cannot be continued. The petition is accordingly dismissed. Rule is discharged. No order as to costs. Interim Relief, if any, is vacated.
