Heard Mr. Yagnik, learned advocate for the applicants, and Ms. Pathak, learned AGP for the respondent - State.

2. In present application, the applicants have prayed, inter alia, that:-

"9(B) Be pleased to recall the order dtd : 9/9/2014 passed by the Hon'ble Court (Coram: K.M.Thaker, J.) in Misc. Civil Application No.2448/2014 in Misc. Civil Application No.1424/2014 in Special Civil Application No.4940/1995 filed by the applicants in its original file."

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also having regard to the submissions by learned advocate for the applicants and learned AGP, the order dated 9.9.2014 is recalled and time to remove all and every office objections and defects is extended until 20.3.2015.

The applicants shall remove all office objection and every defects within aforesaid time limit.

On the said condition, the order dated 9.9.2014 passed in MCA No.2448 of 2014 is recalled. If the applicants fail to remove office objections within the said time limit, then, the application / petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution.

With aforesaid observations and direction, present application stands disposed of.
