This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide the Session Trial No. 139 of 2012 under Sections 392, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Kamasin, District - Banda expeditiously.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned Court below is directed to decide the aforesaid Session Trial expeditiously fixing short dates, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted.

With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
