Govindbhai vs State

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court. Mr.K.P. Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, places on record the report of Police Sub Inspector, Crime Branch, Rajkot City and he states that attempts are made, some clues are found, but further steps are required to be taken. Under these circumstances, the matter is adjourned to 16th June 2010.

In the meantime, attempts shall be made to trace the corpus and produce before this Court. Liberty to move either side before the learned Vacation Judge, subject to his convenience, in case the corpus is traced or for any other appropriate orders.
