Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Smt. Archana Singh, learned Chief Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 5.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 29.4.2019, copy whereof has been filed as Annexure-11 to the writ petition, passed by respondent no.3, by which the appeal preferred by him against the order of respondent no.3 under Rule 77 of the U.P. Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1963 (hereinafter referred to as "The Rules") has been dismissed.

Smt. Archana Singh submitted that against the impugned order, the petitioner has got an alternative remedy to file a revision under Rule 78 of The Rules.

The petition is accordingly dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
