Learned advocate Mr.Murali N. Devnani appearing on behalf of original petitioner submitted that original petitioner is ready for reinstatement of workman in service. Learned advocate Mr.A.S.Asthavadi submitted that workman is ready for reinstatement, if reinstatement is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties.

Original petitioner shall have to reinstate workman within a period of 1(One) week and workman shall have to report on duty. Original petitioner shall allow workman to resume his duty and for that petitioner may not create any hurdle against workman. Therefore, the matter is adjourned to 18.06.2010.
