Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the court below to decide S.C.C. Suit No. 11 of 2013 (Giri Lal Garg Vs. Abhishek) pending in the court of S.S.C./District Judge, Ghaziabad within a stipulated time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the the District Judge, Ghaziabade is directed to decide the aforesaid suit, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, preferably within nine months, without granting any unnecessary adjournments and giving short dates provided there is no other legal impediment.

With the aforesaid observations, present writ petition stands disposed of.
