1. Present application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed for condonation of delay of 60 days, caused in filing the main Criminal Revision Application.

2. Heard Mr. Mrugen K. Purohit, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr. K. L. Pandya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No. 1 - State. Though served, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have put in no appearance.

3. The averments made in the present application on oath appear to have not been controverted by the other­side.
