Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application is the second application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 15.6.2017 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Etah in Case Crime No.63 of 2015, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 I.P.C., P.S. Naya Goan, District Etah.

It transpires from the perusal of the record that on earlier occasion, the applicants have moved another application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No.24597 of 2016 which was dismissed on merit.

In this circumstances, this application is not maintainable and is hereby dismissed.
