1. Pursuant to this Court's order dated 14.03.2019, notice was issued to sole appellant as well as sole respondent to engage another counsel on 25.03.2019 by registered post A.D. Office has submitted report dated 09.08.2019 that both notices sent to sole appellant and sole respondent have been received back undelivered with the postal endorsement as under:

Sole A- “No such person on such address” Sole R- “Died”

2. Since whereabouts of sole appellant are not known and respondent has died and there is no substitution and none has put in appearance on behalf of parties, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution has well as having abated.
