1. The convict is before this Court, seeking parole leave for 30 days on the ground of performing post death rituals of his husband.

2. The convict is undergoing sentence of imprisonment for life and she has spent 12 years and 9 months in jail. From the Nominal Roll, it appears that her last release was in July,2019. Considering the total period undergone by her in jail so also the cause, this application deserves to be allowed.

3. Resultantly, this application is allowed and the convict is ordered to be released for the period of TWO WEEKS only, from the date of her actual release, on his furnishing personal bonds Page 1 of 2 Downloaded on : Fri Jan 17 22:05:36 IST 2020 R/SCR.A/191/2020 ORDER of Rs.15,000/- and a surety of the like amount before the jail authority concerned.

4. Office to communicate this order to the concerned jail authority, which shall, in turn, communicate the same to the person concerned, FORTHWITH . Rule is made absolute, accordingly. Direct service is also permitted.
