2. This application has been preferred by the applicantconvict for releasing him on temporary bail for a period of 30 days for the purpose of engaging an advocate.
3. Heard Ms. Chetna M Shah, learned APP for the respondentState and perused the record.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the jail remarks, we are of the opinion, that the applicantconvict can be granted temporary bail for a period of 15(fifteen) days. Hence, this application is allowed and the convict is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 15 (fifteen)days from the date of his actual release, and on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the concerned jail authority. On expiry of the aforesaid period, the applicantconvict shall surrender before the jail authority forthwith. The application is allowed in the above terms. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
