The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.152 of 2011 within a specified time frame.

The petitioners are defendants in the suit. They have filed written statement long back. The trial court has framed issues on 10.11.2011 but the suit has not been decided so far.

Having regard to the above facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to ensure speedy disposal of the suit without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
