1) Pursuant to last order dated 3rd April, 2007, a report of the Deputy Registrar of District Court, Ahmedabad (Rural) is submitted to state that efforts were made to trace out the original record and proceedings.

2) Learned counsel for respondent no.1, Mr.Shaikh, submitted that the original R & P was required for hearing before this Court since he also did not have the required record.

3) Mr.S.J.Malek, Deputy Registrar, who was personally present in the Court, requested for some more time for searching out and submitting the record as per the earlier order. Hence, S.O. to 21st June, 2007.
