The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide application for temporary injunction bearing Paper No.6-C in Original Suit No. 769 of 2018 within a stipulated period.

The application in question has been filed by the petitioner who has instituted a suit for permanent injunction. A perusal of order sheet reveals that the defendant has not been served.

Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to ensure speedy disposal of application for temporary injunction by fixing short dates soon after the defendant is duly served.
