The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.732 of 2011 instituted by the petitioner against the defendant-respondents within a specified time frame.

A perusal of the order sheet reveals that certain issues had already been decided by the trial court as preliminary issues by order dated 20.4.2015. Since thereafter, the matter is getting adjourned for one reason or the other.

Having regard to the entire facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to ensure speedy disposal of the suit, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments, provided there is no legal impediment.
