Heard learned Advocate for the applicant.

It is submitted by learned Advocate for the applicant that as per previous order passed by the Trial Court, applicant is regularly paying maintenance to the respondents. It is also submitted that if there is any arrears, as per previous order passed by the Trial Court, then it will be deposited by the applicant within 15(fifteen) days.

In view of above Notice returnable on 05.05.2011. Interim relief in terms of para - 14(c) is granted on condition that applicant shall make regular payment to the respondents as per order dated 24.04.2007 passed by the Trial Court.
