By way of the present petition, through jail, the petitioner
- convict challenges the order dated 19.01.2017 whereby, convict's 4 furlough leaves were forfeited on account of he remained absconded for 2792 days.
Considering the guidelines on this aspect, it appears that no illegality or impropriety is committed by the competent authority in the impugned order and, therefore, no case is made out to entertain present petition. Hence, the same is hereby rejected.
