The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application 26 C-2 dated 26.12.2018 within a stipulated time frame. The prayer made in the said application by the plaintiff-petitioners is for getting the suit property inspected by a court amin.

In the opinion of the court, in case any such application is pending before the trial court, it goes without saying that the trial court shall decide the same in accordance with law but no direction is required from this Court in this regard.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
