Heard Sri Shyam Sundar, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Yogesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel for the respondents.

We have disposed of a writ petition today itself vide detailed judgment and order being Writ Petition No.24484 of 2019.

From perusal of the impugned order dated 21.6.2019, it is clearly revealed that the authority though has rejected the candidature of the petitioner but has not passed any detailed and reasoned order.

In view of our reasoned order passed today in Writ Petition No.24484 of 2019, the impugned order passed on 21.6.2019 which is annexed as Annexure No.7 to the writ petition, is hereby quashed and the writ petition is disposed in terms of our judgment and order passed in Writ-C No. 24484 of 2019.
