Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the State.

The petitioner contends that he has executed a work as per the contract and submitted that a bill, which is pending consideration. The petitioner has also made a representation, which is also pending consideration.

In the light of the aforesaid, we dispose of the matter directing the competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order within six weeks from the date of the production of a certificate of the order.
