1. Learned advocate Mr.K.B.Pujara for the petitioner has invited the attention of this Court to the observations made by the coordinate bench of this Court in the order dated 08.04.2009 passed in Special Civil Application No. 2858 of 2009, wherein the District Education Officer(DEO) was specifically directed to hold the inquiry and thereafter, if necessary, it was observed that if after an inquiry, any action is warranted for the de­registration of the school run by the respondent No.4 and the actions against the members of the Selection Committee. It appears that there are serious allegations recorded by this Court in the said order against the respondent Nos.4 and 5.

2. In the order dated 08.04.2009 passed by this Court, it is manifest that serious irregularities have been committed by the School Management.

3. Under the circumstances, the concerned DEO respondent No.3, Dist.Anand shall personally remain present before this Court on 27.02.2019 at 11:00 a.m. to apprise this Court about the actions taken against the respondent School Management. It is further directed that a responsible officer from the Commissioner, Mid­Day Meals & Schools shall also remain present before this Court on that day and apprise this Court about the action taken against the present respondents Nos 4 to 11.

4. Direct service today for the respondent No.2 and 3 is permitted.
