The petitioner has submitted a reply against the appointment of an Authorised Controller in the institution.

The only prayer made by Sri Anil Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the reply of the petitioner may be considered, before appointing an Authorised Controller in the institution.

Sri Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3, does not have any objection to the aforesaid prayer.

The matter is remitted to respondent no. 3, District Basic Education Officer, Gorakhpur to decide the representation/reply of the petitioner against the appointment of an Authorised Controller, in the institution, before taking any decision in the matter.

The writ petition is disposed of.
