The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction pending in Original Suit No. 936 of 2018 (Brijlal vs. Mithai Lal) within a specified time frame.

Counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner points out that the defendants have already entered appearance and have filed written statement and objections on 19.10.2018.

Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
