Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the Original Suit No.

449 of 2012 (Bindu Nath Pal vs. Rajendra Prasad) instituted by the petitioner against the defendant- respondent within the specified time frame.

Counsel for the petitioner points out that the defendant has already entered appearance and issues were framed long back on 14.07.2017.

Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
