Heard Mr.Dhruv Toliya, learned advocate for the applicant and Ms.Nisha Thakor, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and Mr.Kirit R. Chaudhari, learned advocate for the original complainant, through video conferencing.

Mr.Chaudhari, learned advocate for the original complainant drew the attention of this Court to the order dated 27.12.2019, wherein this Court has observed that 'the applicant shall not enter the limits of taluka Kalyanpur till returnable date'. The grievance is made by Mr.Chaudhari, learned advocate for the original complainant that the said direction is not being complied with by the applicant, to which Mr.Toliya, learned advocate for the applicant assures that the applicant will comply the direction contained in the order dated 27.12.2019.

Mr.Chaudhari, learned advocate for the original complainant is desirous of placing on record the additional affidavit and seeks permission accordingly .

At the joint request, stand over to 6.8.2020.

Interim relief granted earlier to continue till then.
