Learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw present application with a liberty to take legal recourse before the learned Trial Court under section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Permission is granted. The present application stands disposed of as withdrawn with above liberty.
It is clarified that permission by this Court shall not construe to mean that application under section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is maintainable and therefore, the Court concerned shall consider the same in accordance with law.
