1. Office appears to have placed the matter before the Court for orders as the Court vide order dated 19.6.2019 had directed the Gujarat State Cooperative Tribunal to hear and decide the Appeal No.1 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of receipt of the order.
