Under the instructions of Incharge Police Officer of the Tharad Police Station, learned APP for the respondent-State submits that the concerned Police Station has not received the notice issued for the respondent no.2 .
Considering the submissions made by learned APP for the respondent-State, let the fresh Rule be issued to the respondent no.2 making returnable on 4th August 2020.
Notice to respondent no.2 be served through the concerned Police Station.
Learned APP for the respondent-State shall look into the matter to serve the notice to the respondent no.2 on or before the next date of hearing.
