1. The convict is before this Court, seeking parole leave for 90 days on the ground of his own ailment.

2. The convict is undergoing sentence of imprisonment for life and he has spent 15 years and 9 months in jail. From the Nominal Roll, it appears that his last release was in September, 2019. Considering the total period undergone by him in jail so also the cause, this application deserves to be allowed.

3. Resultantly, this application is allowed and the convict is ordered to be released for the period of THREE WEEKS only, from the date of his actual release, on his furnishing personal bonds of Rs.15,000/- and a surety of the like amount before the Page 1 of 2 Downloaded on : Fri Jan 17 22:04:38 IST 2020 R/SCR.A/160/2020 ORDER jail authority concerned.

4. Office to communicate this order to the concerned jail authority, which shall, in turn, communicate the same to the person concerned, FORTHWITH . Rule is made absolute, accordingly. Direct service is also permitted.
