After arguing the matter for sometime, Mr.Bipin Mehta, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner has already made a representation to respondent-Authority and that the same has not been decided so far. He has, therefore submitted that appropriate directions may be issued to respondent-Authority to consider and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
Heard learned counsel for the parties. Looking to the facts of the case and in view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent Nos.1 and 3 shall consider the representation made by the petitioner and pending before them and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of writ of present order, in accordance with law. It is, however, clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
With the above direction, the petition stand disposed of.
Direct Service is permitted.
