In view of the decision of the departmental committee held of 3rd, 4th , 7th , and 8th August 1995, Mr. Hadiya, the petitioner was not found suitable for the post in question. In that view of the matter no order is required to be passed in this petition. This petition stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
