1. Mr. D. K. Desai, learned advocate for the applicant - husband and Mr. P. P. Kasvala, learned advocate for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 are present. They have jointly requested to refer this matter to the Mediation Center of the High Court as there are all possibilities of an amicable settlement between the parties.

2. It is a fact that the applicant - husband has to pay the arrears of maintenance, however, at present, he has shown readiness to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/­ (Rupees Seventy five thousand only) before the registry of this Court, on or before 5th May Page 1 of 2 HC-NIC Page 1 of 2 Created On Wed May 04 05:05:39 IST 2016 R/CR.RA/137/2016 ORDER 2016.

3. Under the circumstances, on depositing a sum of Rs.75,000/­, on or before 5th May 2016 by the applicant herein, the registry is directed to place the matter before the Mediation Center of this Court for conciliation. The respondent No. 1 herein - wife is at liberty to withdraw the said amount to be deposited by the applicant, as aforesaid and in that case, the registry is further directed to release the aforesaid amount in favour of the respondent No. 1 herein - wife, by A/c. Payee Cheque, on due verification and following due procedure.

3.1 Stand over to 8th June 2016. Interim relief granted earlier to continue till then.
