The applicant­accused was ordered to be released on regular bail by this Court vide order dated 5th March, 2015. It appears that in the bail application filed before this Court, it was stated that the accused was confined at Vadodara Central Jail but, in fact, he has been confined at Jilla Jail Billodara, Taluka Nadiad, District Kheda. The necessary correction be effected in the order of bail and a fresh writ be issued in that regard. This application is disposed of. Direct service is permitted today.
