(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE BHAGWATI PRASAD) Learned counsel Mr. Shaikh appears and produces a letter written by the office of the Regional Director to the Official Liquidator suggesting him to be careful and be present in the Court.
We hope that spirit of the letter will be understood by the office of the Official Liquidator. We also make it clear that, in future, if no lawyer appears, the Court will not wait for the lawyer to come and necessary proceedings will be drawn.
