(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Heard Mr.Nirav C.Thakkar, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr.D.C.Sejpal, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondent State.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor invited attention of the Court to the earlier affidavit and the affidavit which is affirmed on 18.01.2010. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also invited attention of the Court to various statements recorded by the deponent including that of the wife of the missing person.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor assures the Court that the police will continue its sincere efforts to find out the missing person.

In light of the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of. Notice is discharged.

At the request of the learned advocate for the petitioner, it is observed that in the event the petitioner, in his desperate attempts to find out the whereabouts of his missing son, visits the police authorities, the police authorities will accord him a humanitarian treatment and will reply to him in a composed manner.
