BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this note for Speaking to Minutes for carrying out necessary correction in third line from the bottom of para 3 of the order dated 18.12.2009 passed by this Court in Special Civil Application No. 13509 of 2009.
Accordingly, the words was justified in the third line from the bottom of para 3 be now read as was not justified .
The note stands disposed of accordingly. Registry is directed to correct the order dated 18.12.2009 accordingly.
