Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

This writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs-

"I) Issue the writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to directing the respondent no.4/ Teshildar to decide the Case No.00928/2019 (Computer No.T2019054400928) (Anita Singh Vs.Vibhuti Bhushan) (Under Section 35) of U.P. Land Revenue Act 2006, and to decide the Case No.05228 /2018 (Computer No.T201805440405228) (Smt. Sarita Devi Vs. Vibhuti Bhushan) and also decide the case no.00904/2019 (Computer No.T201905440400904)(Smt. Rashmi Devi Vs. Vibhuti Bhushan) under Section 35 of U.P. Land Revenue Act 2006, which is pending before the Respondent no.4 within stipulated period as fixed by the Hon'ble High Court.

In so far as the case of the year 2019 is concerned, hardly six months have elapsed since it was instituted.

In so far as, the case of the year 2018 is concerned, perusal of the order sheet reveals that the matter has on almost every occasion, been adjourned on the ground that the lawyers were on the strike.

Under the circumstances, this Court does not consider it expedient to issue any direction for the expeditious disposal of the case because there is no fault on the part of the Court concerned, the matters have remained pending.

The writ petition is dismissed as this stage.
