1. Rule. Mr.N.J.Shah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent- State of Gujarat.

2. By way of the present application, the applicant herein - undertrial prisoner, has prayed to extend his temporary bail, which was granted earlier by this Court vide order dated 22.4.2016 in Criminal Misc.Application No.9486 of 2016, on the ground of medical treatment of his son, who is suffering from viral hemorrhagic fever by dengue virus. In support of this application, he has produced relevant medical papers which are annexed on record.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the present application is allowed. Temporary bail, which has been earlier granted by this Court vide order dated 22.4.2016 in Criminal Misc.Application No.9486 of 2016, is hereby extended for a period of one week, on the same terms and conditions imposed by this Court earlier. No further extension shall be granted. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.
