1. This is an application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in connection with C.R.No.11192011200721 of 2020 registered with Bopal Police Station, Dist: Ahmedabad (Rural) for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

2. Rule returnable on 11.09.2020. Mr.Dabhi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of Rule on behalf respondent State.

3. The applicant is directed to remain present before the concerned Police Station on 03.09.2020 and shall remain present before the Investigating Officer, as and when he is called.
