2 The present Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred against the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated Page 1 of 2 Downloaded on : Tue Jul 28 21:01:05 IST 2020 C/LPA/341/2020 ORDER 30.06.2020, which is reproduced below:
"This application for stay is misconceived, as after order issuing notice dated 26.12.2019, no request for any stay was asked for and it has been adjourned several times thereafter, and therefore, there is no urgency, as claimed, in this Civil Application. Hence, the present application is rejected".
3 Having perused the order passed by the learned Single Judge, we are of the considered opinion that the present Letters Patent Appeal would not be maintainable.
appellant, requested that the main matter before the learned Single Judge may be notified at the earliest date so that it can be disposed of on merits. We accordingly direct the Registry to list the Special Civil Application No.23164 of 2019 on 10.08.2020.
6 Consequently, connected civil application also stands disposed of.
