Learned advocate for the applicant submits that as alleged in the complaint about involvement of the applicant in the incident in question, certificate issued by Indian Embassy at Kinshsa reveals that the applicant is not in the country at all.

In view of the above, issue Rule.

Notice as to interim relief returnable on 18.06.2010.

In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief in terms of para 7(B).
