High Court Of Gujarat|03 May, 2016
Heard Ms. Namrata Shah, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Deepak Aloria, learned AGP for the respondent authorities.
2. The controversy in the petition as well as the prayer is limited. It is the case of the petitioner that the vehicle owned by him being Dumper No. GJ-1- CY-2612 came to be seized by the respondent mining authorities on the ground of alleged breaches of Gujarat Mineral (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage)(Amendment) Rules, 2005.

5. In aforesaid view of the matter, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 competent authority to consider the question of release of the vehicle of the petitioner being Dumper bearing registration No. GJ-1-CY-2612 in accordance with law within 5 days from the date of receipt of this order.
