(PER : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. VIKRAM NATH) The above is a bunch of five Letters Patent Appeals against the order of the learned Single Judge said to have been passed on similar issues. Three Letters Patent Appeal Nos.134 of 2018, 135 of 2018 and 753 of 2018 have been preferred by Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority, whereas the other two Letters Patent Appeal Nos.1531 of 2019 and 1532 of 2019 have been filed by the employees of the Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority who were not party before the learned Single Judge but are likely to be adversely affected by the judgment of the learned Single Judge under challenge.
