Heard Mrs.Nisha Parikh, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr.J.K.Shah, learned APP for the respondent - State.
An affidavit of settlement is placed on record stating that an amicable settlement has been arrived at and complainant has no objection if the complaint is quashed and set aside. However, the complainant and the girl are not present. Learned advocate for the applicant is directed to keep the complainant and the girl present on the next date, so that the factum of settlement can be verified.
Stand over to 03.09.2020.
