1. Petitioner was working with the respondent No.2 as a Lecturer in Textile Chemistry and on 14.06.2011, he was superannuated. He has challenged the action of the respondents of non granting him Lecturer (Senior Scale) and Lecturer (Selection Grade) under the career advancement scheme under Government Resolution dated 20.06.2001.

Learned Senior Counsel Mr.Shalin Mehta with Ms.Vidhi Bhatt, learned advocate for the petitioner has urged that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Page 1 of 2 C/SCA/6009/2015 ORDER Vinodchandra Ratilal Soni & 1 v. State of Gujarat & 2 passed in Special Civil Application No.666 of 2002 with Special Civil Application No.23551 of 2007 delivered on 31.07.2013. He has also submitted that Letters Patent Appeal is preferred against the said judgment being Letters Patent Appeal No.149 of 2015, wherein, in application for stay being Civil Application No.1532 of 2015, the Court had stayed operation of the order dated 11.02.2015. According to him, the matter is fixed on 21.04.2015.
