Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if the suit pending since 2009 with the Gandhinagar Court is expedited and the interim application pending for hearing is also expedited. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2009, it should be heard with sense of urgency. Accordingly the court below will make an endeavour to dispose of the Civil Suit No. 24 of 2009 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this court.

If application for interim relief is pending, the same shall also be heard and decided within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this court. Accordingly this petition is disposed of.
