The key responsibilities are to oversee and support the Inside Sales Team, monitor sales metrics, manage the entire sales administration process and collaborate with various professionals and advocates.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Manage the Inside Sales Team.
Set and track sales targets for the team.
Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines.
Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met.
Build an open-communication environment for the team.
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
Tools & Resources required:
Nature of Experience: Experience as an Inside Sales Manager / Team Leader.
Length of Experience: 3 – 5 years .
Skill Set & Personality Traits required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential Customers / Clients and Team members.
Persuasive and goal-oriented.
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories.
Self-motivated and self-directed.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
In-depth understanding of product and understanding working needs of Advocates.
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
Ability to drive a team, motivate / train / guide them to complete their assigned tasks.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred.
Cost to the company: 3 - 4.5 lakhs per annum.
Age Group: 24 – 30 years.
Preference will be given to those from legal or SAAS background.
Prior experience in handling a team will be an added advantage.
Preference will be given to those with experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales.
