Channel Sales Executive - (DSA)

Job Summary:

The key responsibilities are to provide our partners’ support in order to generate channel sales revenue and related contracts. You must be able to work with multiple partner teams and will be responsible for increasing Company revenue by managing successful channel partner campaigns with our partners’ prospects and/or customers.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
    • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
    • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
    • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
    • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
    • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
    • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
    • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
    • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
    • Responsible for Building a partnership team. i.e., addition of good channel partners/building partner network etc.
  • Tools & Resources required:
    • Two-wheeler will be an added advantage.

    • Qualification(s):
      • Any Graduate

      • Experience
        • Length of Experience: 3 – 4 years of Experience.
      • Skill Set & Personality Traits required:
        • Should possess Good communication skills and Good Presentation skills.
        • Should have Strong experience in sales.
        • Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
        • Worked in an E-commerce platform and a startup would be an added advantage.
        • Willing to travel whenever required. Should have adequate Knowledge of local market.

        • Age Group: 24 – 30 years.
