– Filled TM-R form
– ID and address

Procedure for Renewal of a Trademark
– File a petition
– Submit Form TM-18, along with an affidavit
– Pay the Required Fee
– If application is free of errors, trademark renewal would be done
What Is the Period for the Renewal of a Trademark?
As per the Trademark Act of 1999, the period of trademark registration in India is 10 years and it shall be renewed every 10 years.
